Shipping


We usually ship orders out within 4 business days or less, though depending on the product, it may occasionally take longer.  Our products are shipped by Priority Mail via the United States Postal Service.  Delivery time within the continental U.S. is usually 2-3 days from the shipping date.  International orders can take up to 2 weeks to arrive.


Returns

In the event that you receive a defective product, we will ship a replacement.  Please contact us prior to shipping the item.  We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all products with the exception of the books.  If you're not completely satisfied, please contact us first and and we will do our best to determine if there is something we can do to satisfy you.  If we are unable to, you may return the product under the following conditions:

The refund will not include shipping costs.  Additionally, all other costs/charges incurred during shipping (e.g. Import  Duty/Wharfage etc.) into other countries outside of the United States are the sole responsibility of the customer.
